Liquid Supplements have an absorption rate that is up to 10 times higher than in pill form.
Your body\ has a hardier time digesting pills.
Pills also contain unwanted ingredients to bind the pill together. Filler and binding agents used in forming a pill can actually hinder the absorption rate.
This greater bio-availability translates into two things:
One, you get more out of the nutrient you need
Two, Liquid supplement users report positive results within a few weeks.
(compared to the two mores or so reported by users of pills.)
